- Can be personalized with your choice of two designs along with name and event date
- Due to personalization, there is a minimum order of 12 on this item. Only available for delivery in the US and Canada
- A $35 setup fee is added to each personalization request for this item for creation of the artwork and design plates. Custom design, personalization or color variations within the same order may incur separate setup fees
